I'm very very disappointed with Boonex, Dolphin and the lack of support with this program. I was sold on the program from your website and marketing video on the home page. In my opinion, the program is buggy.
From what I've read, a lot or people are having problems uploading video(s) to the program. Me too. I've tried everything.
I am unable to delete a simple video album that I created the add a video. Since I was unable to add a video, I wanted to delete the album. No dice. It just doesn't delete.
The flash animation of the masthead graphics loads the first photo in a very clunky way. It doesn't fade in, it kind of blinks. Any browser.
There is no banner ad program.
The worst thing is that I've paid the $5 to get some limited support and I'm still waiting to be upgraded.
This program has such potential, but not in it's present form... I would love to be surprised and figure out all the bugs.
