Birthdate

I want to have just the birth day and birth month and take out the year.  Where do I go to edit this?

Anyone??  I'm needing this site up next week for my client.

So far I know this is not possible, because the system needs the complet Date of Birth to work. Or set the site to free for all. If I'a m wrong correct me...
