Blank Block help needed

Someone how under Admin/Builders/Pages Blocks/Profile

I ended up making a BLANK Block.

I want to delete it but it won't allow me to click it to get inside the block to delete it?

Any ideas?

Don't panic! Get some water and- alright, this is what you do. Using a database client (such as phpMyAdmin), navigate to [Database] > sys_page_ (it's either compose or the other one, apologies, I forgot again)  and then navigate to the last entry in the list of fields in the table. If it's blank, it's yours! Just delete it and move on with your life.

Yeah, that didn't really help.

I think I renamed one that exist?

But can't seem to find the file I renamed to nothing in phpadmin.

I think I might of got it with your help :)

I deleted the  _FieldCaption_General Info_View out of the Block.

Or at least I hope it was that one. It was the only one with info missing and when i added that field in it the Block change to General Info.
