Block "People" is not available for custom members

Hello everyone,

I created two additional memberships to my website (Premium and Gold), I'm with little problem and I would appreciate help.

Accounts with Standard and Promotion memberships can see "People block" on the page browse (photo 1), but the two memberships I created this block does not appear (photo 2).

Anyone have some ideas?

Block is being hidden by something. Check page access control module.
