Blog Entries

Hello,

I am new to Dolphin and I had to slide the blog block to the "Inactive Section", because for the life of me I cannot figure out how anyone is supposed to make a blog entry. I also just have nothing when I click the boards or chat menu item on the top navigation bar. Am I supposed to be turning something on to make these items work? I am sure it is something simple but now I guess I will have to figure out how to take those menu items off the navigation bar because I cannot make them work like I can't make the blogs work. I sure would appreciate it if someone could explain to me what I am not doing as to why I cannot make these 3 items work.

Hello,

I am sure glad I got an answer. I just hope you read this too. As far as the blog goes, yes I am stupid. I was logged in as admin and did not see the add post or add category in the submenu when I clicked on blog. So I joined my own site and walla! I now know how to post a blog! Thank you! I have looked on my server and I do not have an .htaaccess file. How do I add it or how do I create it or what do I put in it?

Tipe was removed during editing.  It was posted for an amount of time to enable the Original Poster to resolve his issue and is now removed as is in compliance with my blog from months ago.
