How to have 1 member Blog in custom block for daily astrology reports D6.16

A Module of some kind i think I might need. I have a friend who is an astrologer and she is going to do astrology on my site for me..It has to be member access for her, not admin interface. I don't know enought about dolphin how to do it, Groups come to mind , maybe that is a clue, still I'm in the dark about this.. I appreciate help.. I had to reinstall D6 as Arrixe don't support D7 until its stable.

Please - method for a block for 1member to post astrology? I don't care how its done, just need advice of a method to make this work. I am trying really hard to figure how to do this, but I just don't have a clue.

You can add your friends as a moderator, she can then login here yoursite/moderators

she has access only to files you have here (or added to the moderators panel from Admin)

You need to delete files(index.php and profiles.php) inside this directorie and write your own file.

You need 1/2 files and a DB table to save the content

After that you can add a block to the page were daily astrology will be displayed.

On which page should you have it?

What will daily astrology contain, only text?

That is to complicated for me to implement I will have to find another way to do it.
