Blogs RSS feed error

I get this when I click on RSS in my blog section:

i don't even have an rss in my blog section. am i suppose to?

So you have to click the person's name blog to pull up the RSS under top blogs. Come on why isn't the rss feed in the latest posts bar. Why isn't there an rss feed in the article section?
