Blonde day is more like it. I cant think of the solution to prevent unregistered/ not logged in users from sending greetings etc, can anybody point me in the right direction here?

Log in to Admin then go to Settings -> Membership Levels click a Membership Type (Non-member in your case) then you can add and delete available actions
