How can I make _FieldValues text show as bold? Thanks!

you can use firefox developer tools to select the text which would reveal where it is getting its style directive from on the css. 

*note*  you would need to turn off cache for this method

using either firefox or chrome and using the developer tools, you can track down most any style element on dolphin. there are still some lingering inline style that still prove a bit difficult to chase down. but for the most part, you can manage 97% of the style from the style sheets, be it from base, or from the template itself.
