Boonex team use intercom

Hi, i use now the trial of Intercom, the same system that you see here.
The price is 57$/month if i want to use it. (for 250 users to track)
I have some questions.

-how can i add this on products page, blog page.
I added now on index.php, but i thought it gonna work on the whole site.

Also, i search for alternatives that are cheaper...
I have also Livezilla, but this is not so good.
I like the web based system and also app for my Ipad.

 If you want it site wide; place in a banner or in the _footer.html of your template.
