Bottom links not showing!!!

Hi, i have got a problem, from about three hours ago the links at the bottom (faq, contact, terms, about us etc) have just gone, my copyright is still there but all the links are gone,

any help please?

i have cleared my cache and still no links.

someone cleared you sys_menu_bottom table?

 i have just checked and yes, there is nothing in the sys_menu_bottom anymore, does this mean i have to create all those bottom links again?

importing those is not that big issue but the question is how it get lost? any clue?

nope not got a clue at all mate, i spent a good cpl of hours sorting those links out putting them into my own words etc  (even added a cpl new links myself ) and now they are all gone, dam it, so how would i go about getting them back? or do i have to create them from scratch?

or better use a backup

the last backup i made was before i changed all the links to my wording etc :( i know i should of done a backup straight after but was really busy and just slipped my mind, and the latest backup my hosting company have is from two weeks ago so thats no good.
