Another question....

browse.php - shows all the users on my system, there is "by sex", "by age", "by country" filter but can I add my own filter? like area / state ?

You most likley can do anything you want if you have the php skills to do it.

Adding additions will required changes to browse.php and templates/base/scripts/BxBaseBrowse.php and maybe some others.
