Bug: Method was not found in module(avatar)

When registering a new profile, after finishing the join page the user is redirected to another one that says:

Title: "Method was not found:"
URL: http://localhost/modules/?r=avatar/?join_text=_USER_CONF_SUCCEEDED
Body: "Method(action?joinText=USERCONFSUCCEEDED) was not found in module(avatar)"

BTW, "Automatic profile activation after joining", "Do not change profile status after editing profile information" and "friendly permalinks" are disabled.
