Bug in Public Poll block?

If you set the privacy to public, a new poll will show on the homepage. If I set it to just members, it doesn't show on the homepage. I would think it would still show on the homepage, but only to members. Is this a bug? I'm running 7.07

If someone else has this issue, please post it here so BOONEX might address it.

I have exactly the same issue but no solution :-(
