Bug in add sites

Having an issue adding websites to the add site section. It is only creating a thumbnail of the site maybe once out of 5 tries. It seems to be random in nature and doesn't matter what browser you're in.

I'm in XP Pro. Tested it against IE7 and the latest Firefox.

This problem occurs when a slow connection

I'm on a commercial T1 connection. Not the fastest access around but plenty fast enough for this site. Ping rates always below 100ms.
