Bug or wrong setting - events - poll - groups - block homepage

Hi

when I add an event - poll or group

example events -

with a profile member - I create an event

View Event: -  I select : Members

and there is no block - event visible to homepage

the members - can not see the block -  events -  on the home page

and myself - as a site admin - I do not see the block

View Event: -  I select : Public

for see the block - event - as homepage

Bug or wrong setting...

in Privacy Settings -  Privacy Settings

I chose only two groups -

Enable 'Members' group: - and   Enable 'Friends' group:

for this reason that the blocks - Events - Groups and Polls  - do not appear on the home page

because they must have to be public - and - Enable 'Public' group - must be checked

how I can do to make the blocks appear to homepage

No home page show only public items to default

I may be poorly explained

on my site - there are no events   - on the homepage - no block - event

it is normal because you have to create an event
