hello every now and then I have users that seem to be trapped in the chat room and moderators are not able to kick them from the chat room like other users !!??
how can I stop this from happening please

it happens most time when they close their page without signing out. i really dont know how to stop it. i only told my members to sign out properly not using short cut. I dont know it all, so sharing is always better. |

I know its a real pain too ;( Sometimes users being a pain need kicking or banning and the kick dont always work!
