CPU resource issue

Hi to all,

we have received a mail from abuse of certifiedhosting.com that show us that some dolphin's script need to use too much resources. They told me:

Here are a few top processes for your account. Note that this is a CPU resource issue:
| Top Process | 89.0 | /usr/bin/php /home/decorazi/public_html/youtubes/profilefeaturedindex.php |
| Top Process | 88.4 | /usr/bin/php /home/decorazi/public_html/join.php |
| Top Process | 85.6 | /usr/bin/php /home/decorazi/public_html/ray/XML.php |

Please do what you must to bring your usage down

How can I solve this problem in order to keep safe dolphin's community and keep the account active ?

You can see the website at: www.decorazioneunghie.com

Thanks in advance for your help,

Leonardo

Have you tried de-activating the cacheing of all things in Dolphin? That might help a little!

Please also tell us the specifications of your Hosting Plan

(is it Shared hosting, the type of the Server etc)

What?  The pages that your displaying are not high resource pages (files)

Join.php (that's just your join page) and only comes into play when someone is joining or considering joining your site.  Unless your taking thousands of members an hour, don't see this one as a potential candidate for a normal dolphin site.

The Ray could be taking up some, as it applies to all your widgets and if the chat or IM is extremely busy then you should be getting more than just this one ray file.

Now the youtubes one?  Has someone embedded a Youtube Video you have onto another domain?  This might cause some issues depending on where it was embedded and so on.

Overall, I don't see a conventional Dolphin pulling enough on these pages for a host to even know it's there unless there is something else going on (malicious code in the pages or similiar) that would even thinnking of kicking CPU Usage up this high.  What is the Bandwidth usage your experiencing here?

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
