CPU time

Hello 1st Sorry for bad english. I use Bulgarian hosting provider for my dolphin community site. Few days ago my provider send me a e-mail about that i use 60-90 cpu time (53291 operations (bash-29; php-53265) This is about yesterday (17.08). For my hosting pakage allowed is 40,3 cpu time. What can i do? If i install free rms hosting cpu time go down or no? Best Wishes Bozhidar
