Cache Error??

I have just reinstalled my website because videos and other flash objects were not working but in have loaded the homepage this morning and i have got the following error;

Does anyone know what this could be??

Judging by the error, I'd say his cache wasn't writeable

 I could use an anwer to that,, now I have no site at all with the same error, after uploading a video
