Cache turned off & cleared, but still can't change strings on site

I am having trouble changing terms, copyright, etc. on my 7.08 Prime license site.  First, I have turned off cache in the Admin panel and even cleared ALL cache.  I have gone to Admin Panel and I do not have a string search box (like I did in an earlier Dolphin Prime version site I had).  So, I bought, installed and tried the Master String Editor 2.0.  It brings up the strings, then I change them, and save.  But again the changes do not take effect.  Again, I have turned my cache off in the admin panel and cleared all cache.  I'm at a loss as to what to try next.  What am I missing?

The language string editor is still there in 7.0.8. If you go to Administration->Settings->Language Settings

You will see a box that says "Filter". Enter your text there and check "apply" and the keys will come up. Edit them and your new text should take effect.

Thanks mscott!  I sometimes go brain-dead and can't get past go.  It's all working perfect now, just as it always did before.  Have a great day!

PS: Is there a such thing as a Key String List that I can get ahold of?

You're welcome!

For a list of key strings you could take a look at the language file, it's at /langs/lang-en.php

The file is sorta messy but they're all there.

you can export the database table where they are written. but a lang key is what you define it as, there is no drop-dead key requirement.
