I spent about two hours searching on the boonex site and google but I just didn't find a direct answer to this. I'm in the middle of a Dolphin 7 install all the way to the screen that covers Permission Reversal... I keep getting the following error when I try to move to the last page (Modules)
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_regex_encoding() in /home/milsocnt/public_html/Dolphin-v/inc/header.inc.php on line 170
It does not matter if I select NEXT or SKIP from that screen I still get the same error message.... I've checked with my hosting provider and make sure that PHP mb string support is turned on. I'm kinda of stuck here any help would be greatly appreciated.
