They really need to better moderate the market. For example, there are a few offerings from people who have left the building.

We can't protect you. Comments are there to give you an idea, but you have to be careful. We don't know all traders and in many cases can't moderate the issue, because both parties have their own views. We have a complaints section in Forum, which with the help of other members and enough reports may lead to suspension of the trader (we did it before).

As for offering of people that have "left the building" - again, we can't tell for sure, plus those who ordered still want their download links, etc.

Sorry to say, but when buying something here, you have to be careful and do some research. It's like downloading software from Internet, not from Apple Store.

Well all this bad reviews and bad comments I don't know why boonex don't do something about it this guy still have the mods on the market

people like this need to get ban and remove from this site and all the modules before some one sue Boonex for having people like this seling craps on the market and not getting full refund or nothing from boonex I thing

Boonex need first to test each new module from any nrew developer on the site before adding craps to the market so this don't happen again

Let me ask you this Andrew Boon. Will you have a thief roaming around in your own home? Will you just tell your household members there is a thief  in our home so better be careful? I can't protect you my household, that is why we have comments???  That is a lame excuse Booooonex. It's just like telling us in your Booonex community to Fwhak  us??? I been with you for quite sometimes now and I have never, never have this kind of anger with me. Your answer, makes me think  about your integrity. Are you siding with a thief??? Will your SORRY get me my money and frustration back!!! Do you have any idea how many times I've been poke with these kind of people (I'm already frustrated  with Dolphin)  Instead of dealing with an issue you are evading the issue and it  make me even more angrier!!!.

You think we supposed to ask Andrew Boonex give our money back,  He apologizes to  for these people, in whom he's got the power to shut off from ripping  people off in this community. I believed this community needs to have a credit or customer satisfaction threshold that need to be met or the users account and IP  will be automatically lock-out. But ohhhh.... no!!! it will be bad for freaking boonex..

Believe it or not, but it took us over a year to get rid of one scammer. That should clue you in on how difficult it can be.

Richard, I'd suggest you open a dispute in the disputes forum and see if it makes any difference.  Don't just make and accusation and expect Boonex to do anything.  You need to present clear evidence that you can prove.

My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees.

Well... you're right about that.  I don't understand the problem.  That's because no one has bothered to explain it in any detail.  All Richard posted was a link to someone's profile.  If someone has a dispute with another member, they need to take the time and present their case in a clear, professional manner, and back it up with verifiable evidence.  If you present a good case, Boonex is much more likely to help remedy the situation.  On the other hand, if all you do, is sling mud without providing any solid evidence to support your claim, you won't get much of a response from Boonex.  It is not their job to do all the detective work.

If you want to stop someone from 'ripping people off', there's a right way to go about it.  Gather evidence to support your claim, then present it calmly and professionally.

I emailed the guy numerous times, but he does not response. I mean more than 5 times. I even contacted him through his facebook account. He does not response either.
