Can I get some install help?

Perhaps I'm just too newb but I'm not sure what to do or how to answer these questions... should I install ImageMagick? Do I need to install a PHP interpreter? Then what?

I created a MySQL database through the hosting control panel on my godaddy account... but don't know how to answer these fields.

huh the only time i seen that first error is when installing on localhost /windows

for the second one go back to that control panel click on database click on it it should show you some info about it
