Can I upgrade from Dolphin 7.0.4 to 7.0.7

Like the topic says I want to upgrade from 7.0.4 to the newest release, but I can only find info on upgrading from this location.  http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/Dol7Upgrade

My site has been running for a while now so I don't want to lose the changes made or do I have to redo all the changes again.

those are the exact steps which much be followed to upgrade. each version will need to be upgraded as stipulated on the upgrade instructions.
