Can anyone explain this error

Can anyone explain this error to me ( help me to understand ) and how to fix it .

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/ottawali/public_html/gamewarriors.ca/inc/classes/BxDolFollowPageView.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/ottawali/public_html/gamewarriors.ca/inc/utils.inc.php on line 1035

The error means what it says. "Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in" simply means it cannot find the file stated in the error. In this case inc/classes/BxDolFollowPageView.php

All i can tell you is that it must be from a third party modification you made to the site. That file does not exist in any dolphin 7.1 versions. Thus i cannot help you fix it.

This is related to the Dolphin Twitter module. Please check the readme.txt for that module. There are some files that you have not uploaded to the site. You can also PM me for assistance.

Thanks guys, it was my mistake as i didn't read the file properly and just uploaded the Tweet_Files dir and not just the contents.  Thanks
