So is the problem that the PHP is encrypted and unable to be activated (1), or that you don't have Zend Guard on the server to run the encrypted code (2)?

1 means that you're probably out of luck if the vendor can't be reached. For Zend Guard, your host should be able to install it on the server if it's not all ready on there.

We can not discuss breaking encryption on the forums.  I don't like encrypted web applications; and there are a few in the Boonex Market, because you have to run the code through the decryption programme before you send it to php and that puts overhead on the site.  It is a burden to the honest guy and the dishonest guy can just break the encryption anyway.

Ask your host about Zend Guard as Nathan stated.

No need to panic. if the folder exists on your server and index.php  or index.html exists   then It may just be a .htaccess issue redirecting itself and showing missing file folder not found

check if a .htaccess still exists inside your site root folder  /print/ and also check if that folder and index.php has correct view permissions .      chmod

if you have a previous backup ... compare both .htaccess for any differences

you may have overwritten it partially or deleted it during the upgrade.

No matter how good you are, its good to alaways keep a full back up of site before starting any upgrade so u can easily roll back in anything goes wrong

You can easily fix this using any of your previous backup / original files as a cross check guide . pm me if u need help to check
