Can not access bigwalktv.com/social/administration to input license

I have reinstalled several times but when I get to the part where I need to register the license to access the modules I get "Page was not found".

First make sure the administration folder was uploaded to the server.

However you seem to have another problem. Apache appears to be mis-configured. It is not treating index.php as an index file.

When you go to just bigwalktv.com/social it should still load. Instead you get an error. Your admin issue may be related to that. Do not look like your server has been properly setup to support php scripts.

You need to contact your host. This appears to be a server related issue.

I do not see an administration folder. It wasn't included in the zip file. Where can I find it?

Going to attempt reinstall using Softaculous to see if that fixes anything.

It is in the zip file. I have verified it is there. Perhaps you have a damaged copy. Make sure you downloaded it here.

I did have a defective copy. I have it installed and was able to load all the modules. But now when I go to the link it redirects me to the main site page instead of the subdomain where I set Dolphin up. Is there something in the set up that I missed or is it my server acting silly. I checked the cpanel and there is no redirect set up. (Using Arvixe host, Linux server)

It's something with the server.

I do not know what the sub domain is. You only provided a link to a sub directory.

http://bigwalktv.com/social

When i go there i get a 403 Forbidden error. Same thing when i go to http://bigwalktv.com/social/administration

I have to specify the index.php directly on the url or it will not load.

So your server is not setup properly. It should not do that.

The subdomain is social.bigwalktv.com

The support guy couldn't find the problem either so he submitted a ticket. I'll update when they figure it out.

Found problem. There were some file issues when I uploaded the info on the server. I deleted what the support people put in and then it worked. Shows up as bigwalktv.com/social now which makes more sense to me. So i'm a happy camper.
