Can not update Status Message

I have a fresh dolphin 7 installation, but I can not update the status message.

Has anyone a solution?

where hosted? did you install? do you meet the requirements to run it on your server?

I had lots of problems with self installs, I over looked a few settings several times; I have set it up on shared host as well as home servers, please read ever little line, if you pay close attention it WILL work perfect.
