Can't access admin panel and broken links

I just changed my site domain name, now when i go to mysite.com/admin and enter my username and password it sends me to mysite.comadmin/index.php i noticed that it is missing the / after the domain name before the admin/index.php and the images and links in the site are having the same error ej: mysite.comstory.php any idea?

$site['url']               = "http://www.site.com/";

u must have:

$site['url']               = "http://www.site.com";

or root line doesnt have trailing slash
