Can't add subcategories to Ads

I just upgraded from 7.0 to 7.1 and I can no longer add subcategories to Ads categories.  When I click to save the subcategory nothing happens.

just to say i have the same problem since upgrading to 7.0.1!  cant add new subcategory or even edit the default ones that are there already

Same problem here. My 7.0.0 works not my 7.0.1.

Same here, this is a big problem, can somebody please raise a ticket for this?

Almost two days now and not even a small answer what are we going to do !

I don't want to mess up with my site , i think my site was better with 7.0 honnestly and now it lookes worst lol

Anyway we use to the worst with boonex ! my question is for how long are we going to continue like this ?

Exactly the same issuse here too. Hopefully some answers soon. This mod is a major part of our site so waiting with baited breath for a response.

Well, very interesting problem. So let's plz specify some questions:

1) What exactly this error "works"? May someone describe it more?

2) Did notice someone any JS or other errors during this error appearing?

3) May u try to attempt in our sites - clear demozzz.com/dolphin701b and upgraded boonex.us?

Seems need to track it - someone may send me FTP & Cpanel details via Unity mail.

In the category manager of the ADS mod no sub categories can be edited or created. There are no error messages. I contacted AnntonLV about it and he has looked on a fresh install of 7.0.1 and has had the same problem. Hence the ticket creation.

Have you got any thoughts on this?

CORRECTION: On some sites it does let you add subcategories but then you can not add main category!!  My friend is working on it so hopefully he will find the definitive answer soon!

My good friend took a look at my site and was able to fix it as follows below so you can add subcategories -

Under modules/boonex/ ads/js/main.js

This didnt work for me.  Sucks that they cant fix issues for clients and expect them to figure it out or ask the community for help.  Nice support!

we're on the latest version 7.0.9 - this is still an issue apparently.  I tried the fix suggested, which allowed me to add a main category, but the manager/subcat buttons aren't working so I cannot add subcategories, and therefore cannot post ads this way.  Is there any newer information on this?

I just installed the module under 7.0.9 and same problem for me.

I can add Main Categories but no Sub Categories or edit existing categories.

Both buttons on top are not working. It always shows me the form to create a main categorie and nothing more.

When adding an ad as a member, the subcategory combobox never stops loading and i cannot choose from. Whats going on?

Any news on this?
