Can't connect to RMS

Hello, I'm having a little trouble using the profile video recorder. It just says connecting the whole time. What do I need to do to fix this.

I have the very same problem. All my Ray widgets work just fine except profile video. It is my understanding that only the profile videos reside on ray server and the rest reside on your own server. This may have something to do with it but I have not found a solution and no one seems to have a solution for it either. I am attempting to resolve this through communciation with the developers, very frustrating.

Are you using the hosted RMS or have you installed RMS locally?  I had some trouble in the beginning with the installation, but I am now able to use the video recorder...  However, I am still having trouble with chat, but that's another story.

I decided to scrap using rms.boonex.com and had the RMS installed locally on my VPS and everything works great now. I have only tested using IE 7 but all seems to function well including the video recorder...

One other thing requires the media server. Webcam support in the chat rooms. Without the media server, the chat rooms are text only.

The rms.boonex.com issue is all over these forums. It has not worked for many months. I don't understand why boonex does not remove the offering from their website.
