Can't connect to RMS

Hi Experties

i need ur help to connect RMS.

I use the following setting.

Under plugin >ray suite> Ray base setting

1) your sitename:- abc.xyz.com and ip (*.*.*.*/proj/dev) i used both way

2) check box enable.

3) RMS address:-  rms.boonex.com

4) RMS port :- 1935

5) RMS HTTP port :- 5080

save the setting...  after few min its gives me error  Can't connect to RMS

I am able to browse mysite on 5080 (i.e abc.xyz.com:5080)

services are running:-
[root@myserver-09 ~]# ps -ef | grep red5
root     11977     1  0 May13 ?        00:00:00 /usr/java/jre1.6.0_13/bin/java -Djava.security.manager -Djava.security.policy=conf/red5.policy -cp red5.jar:conf: org.red5.server.Standalone

Ports are open :-

tcp 0  0 *:1935  *:*  LISTEN  13616/java
tcp 0  0 *:5080  *:*  LISTEN  13616/java

 
Kinldy help me on this.... i am badly struck.....

Uncheck step#2, that solves the problem a lot of times...Don't know why tho..

lol   .... because it disables the RMS connection.

Search the forums for this topic.  It's been answered a thousand times before.

the only error is you're connecting to your RMS and NOT rms.boonex.com change that to your IP and you should be fine or ping domain/either way
