Can't connect to RMS

I installed rms on a windows machine that I have. The firewall is disabled on it. I went into flash apps and in settings I added the IP address of the RMS.

When I click save it says "Can't connect to RMS".

On the RMS side, it keeps showing a connection closing warning due to long handshake.

any ideas?

check to see if you have enough ram on the machine and to see if java is not using some of the rms ports needed.

This can happen if there is any misconfiguration in the applications there. Plz. check all the applications settings there.
