Can't downgrade a user manually

Hi there,

I have been testing the membership levels, but came across this issue.

If I upgrade a user manually to a custom plan - e.g a 6 month plan, and then try to downgrade them, before the 6 months is up, I cannot do so.

 

I try to select "Standard" as the membership type, but it doesn't give me an option to "start immediatly"

 

Any ideas?
