Can't embed media in blog!

I tried embedding a youtube video in my blog on my own site and it won't work.

I tried pasting it in my blog both with html

and without, I go to save the blog and the youtube video is non existent.

I have been part of online communities before and I know that it is important to some user to embed media into their blogs whether it be youtube or some other form such as imeem.

Is there a setting I am over looking? Is it a bug?

Any script mods anyone can give me some tips on?

Please help with this if you are able.

There are mods for this over at expertzzz that you can use to embed videos into blogs.  Youtube is especially a pain because it requres that it run the Video in it's own player so you need to ensure you grab the code for the player & the video when you go to do it.  Should be part of their standard embed code.

However, I did get the embedding to work in the orca forums, just not the blog post.
