Can't figure out RSS feed for blog to put on site

Hi all,

I'm looking for help with the code to put an RSS feed from my blogs on my home page. I have tried the following,

http://tropicalhainan.com/rss_factory.php?action=blogs&pid=1Blogs

http://tropicalhainan.com/phpbb_modules/phpBB_rss.php 

This is the URL for the blog page.

http://tropicalhainan.com/dolph/blogs/home/

The problem is when I enter the above URLs into the RSS widget, on my home page they return a list of the latest posts I made in wordpress rather than the blog posts......

Does anybody have any ideas / suggestions?

There are RSS feeds for profile blog sonly, for example:

http://tropicalhainan.com/dolph/rss_factory.php?action=blogs&pid=38

Re the RSS feed, the ability to put a feed on my homepage would be incredibly useful to me and I'm guessing others that have sites and forums combined. Perhaps it could be included in a future update.......
