Can't install new directory

Hello,

I am trying to install another script into a new Directory in my Root directory(Same as the Dolphin script is installed in)

When I try to navigate to my new directory to run the install script, The Dolphin script pulls up stating that Profile Can't be found.

Dolphin is installed in:

public_html/

New directory is:

public_html/NewDirectory.

I type in the address of (www.domain.com/NewDirectory/install/)

I get Profile Not Found in Dolphin.

Any ideas how to correct this?
