Can't upload video

Hello,

I have Dolphin 6.1.6 and when I try to upload a video from the video button on the navigational menu bar, I get the license agreement, but when I agree to the license agreement, I get a window that says upload video, but there is nothing inside of the window such as a browse for file button. It is just a window that says upload video with nothing inside. I have the Paid Dolphin license and when I click the web presence button, the private message and chat window comes up and you can private message someone. I don't know if the webcam in the web presence works yet because I have to buy my girlfriend a webcam to test that. But if I disable the web presence in Ray tools the web presence is just a blank window when I click on it so I know my paid rms is working correctly. I just can't get the videos to upload. Amongst knowing how the other things in Ray tools work. But one thing at a time, first I would just like to figure out how to upload videos to my website. I take it that the video button on the navigational menu bar is for the video player and recorder which is inside of the ray media suite tools, am I at least correct in assuming this?
