So you buy 5 support tickets for 5 dollars, cheap enough. but you have only 30 days to use them. Well it is hard to use them all. And then when you do submit a ticket it seems they want you to use the forums first. Well that is what we all usually do.
Is there anyway that we can get the expiration of these tickets lengthened? 6 months. a year, indefinite?
I ran out of time, and still had tickets left.
Thank
Derrick

Agreed. Not to be a jerk, but as long as it's taking to get a response to tickets, there's little chance you could consume 5 n 30 days, except perhaps if you submitted them all at once.
Whatever happened to 24 hours?

If these tickets are going to expire, they should at least allow you to purchase one ticket at a time, rather than only buy in bulk. BoonEx Certified Host: Zarconia.net - Fully Supported Shared and Dedicated for Dolphin |
what the heck is this... roll over tickets rather then roll over minutes. If you buy 1000 tickets thats what you paid for and they should last forever period. https://dolphin-techs.com - Skype: Dolphin Techs |

Hope this isn't the case, but selling support tickets with 30 day expiration sounds like a revenue generating technique, as does being unable to submit bug reports unless you're a Premium member.

In a way, it is. I'd rather only have a select few be able to submit tickets, though, to keep reports legitimate.

I agree with that, I always placed my problems here first, because I usually get an answer or figure it on my own. I had a problem with my site and it didnt seem to get fixed here, so I had to but tickets. It got fixed, so I am greatfull. I just wished I had a little while longer to use them. Price is fine of course.
Just need more time!lol
