Cannot Compile Language File For Orca

Hello everyone I have tried compiling the language files for Orca in both the Orca Manange forum area and within the Admin area and I am still seeing those brackets...  Can anyone help with this? I am using 7.0.6 version.

Thank you,

Jeff

Did you upgrade to 7.0.6 or was it a clean install of 7.0.6.   when i compile langs some times i have to clear browser cache and cookies  then refresh the page as well.

I Upgraded to 7.0.6.  I did clear the cache in admin panel but perhaps I need to clear the cache, cache_public and tmp folders manually on the server as well...????

Thank you

Yes, of course you have to clear the cache, cache_public and tmp folders manually, via ftp.

Clearing the cache in admin panel works as well as the rest of Dolphin,

You were not clear with this, so i will ask.

When you go to Manage Forums and click on the compile link, does it say succesful, failed, or nothing at all?

A box pops up and says "Successfully compiled" but still see the brackets.

i was refering to your local computer. clearing cache and cookies.   also you can try to delete the folders listed below.  Use at your own risk !

modules/boonex/forum/classes/en
modules/boonex/forum/js/en
modules/boonex/forum/layout/base_en
modules/boonex/forum/layout/uni_en

if your using a custom template as stated above by prolaznik also delete

modules/boonex/forum/layout/custom_en

Then try to recompile langs for each template you have.

modules\boonex\forum\layout   yourtmpl name
find params.php
make sure the config. lines are correct
$gConf['dir']['xsl'] = $gConf['dir']['layouts'] . 'uni/xsl/';    // xsl dir
$gConf['dir']['xsl'] = $gConf['dir']['layouts'] . 'YOURTMPNAME/xsl/';    // xsl dir

i fixed this same issue for someone last week.
