Cannot create page from page builder

Whenever I'm trying to create a new page, it says "page was not found".

Bug?

nevermind, I found out what is wrong, but this needs to be fixed. In the "i" it asks you to insert the FULL URL of the new page, you are supposed to only insert the name of the page, otherwise it's doubling. that instruction needs to be fixed.
