When I visit my installation directory at domain.com/dolphin, I keep getting redirected to domain.com/ - meaning using/visiting/installing the script is impossible. What could be causing this?
Thanks!

That would depend on how you're trying to visit your installation directory. From the lack of information you've offered, it's impossible to say. but my guess is you're not using a file manager. In a nutshell, you need to use the file manager supplied by your sever provider, Sentora for VPS, Filezilla or WinSCP (preferred). Any one will allow you to go to your root directory, where you can then create a Dolphin directory and upload the Dolphin Zip file to install. |

I think you missed the point, the person has created the directory and uploaded Dolphin but when trying to go to that URL to install, it redirects back to the root where the Dolphin files are not located. Are you uploading a clean copy of the installation and not a copy of a previous installation? What version are you trying to install? Geeks, making the world a better place |
you might have base directory set in your .htaccess in the folder above /dolphin example: RewriteBase / https://dolphin-techs.com - Skype: Dolphin Techs |
