Cannot post in forum

I am just getting my site up and want to go into testing.  I have a few problems left before I can do that.  When you go into the forum and try to post, you type in your info, click on Post.  It seems to process but comes back to the screen with the text that you have typed in and does not post.

I tried both solutions on this post with no luck.  I raised the number in both of those security fields and could not post.  I also tried -1 in both and could not post.

Any other ideas?

What exactly are you trying to post?

Any post at all.  My site is new and I am testing creating a post.  I cannot do it.  When I click on submit, the screen processes for a minute, then takes me back to the box with my typed in text.

Anyone have any ideas?
