Cant get the video to show in chat

I am still new to this but i cannot get the video to show up in chat... the whole web cam box isnt there... please help

a couple of things:

do you have RMS connected? the video chat requires RMS. also, we are noticing this very day, that there are some issues with chrome and AV chat. working on finding out what is going on.

also, depending on your camera, and what other apps you have allowed to use the camera,  you may have to resync your cam settings, and make sure its using the correct driver for the camera. seems google keeps wanting to take over as the camera driver. 

the chat its self doesnt show the option at all for the video so i am guessing i dont have RMS? can you tell me where i find it ... i dont know what it is

i have no clue how to do this... is there someone i can hire to set it up? i dont have much money but i dont want to destroy my site attempting this

also the step where it says upload the file i try and download it and it takes me to the upgrade account :(
