Cant login as admin

I installed dolphin and for the first time there were no errors while doing it.But when I tried to log in as an admin I cant.It just give me login failed.I set up username and password under configuration.

Did anyone had any similiar problems or does anyone know how to set up admins username and password?

Note:

My security codealso isnt showing.It just shows blank.I fixed this on my other dolhin site but I think I fixed it in cpanel(think I disabled imageshack) but now I cant loging as admin.

I owuld appreciate any help

I dont know if you have the same problem i had when i first started out, but the thing is, when you log into admin, you dont do it from your front page, you have to log in to admin like this.

www.yoursiteurl/admin/

Then put your admin details intot he box provided

i had the same problem like you. i could be that you admin-name is to long. try to log in with you admin name only with the first ten characters. i hope this will help you... otherwise you have to chance you admin log-in data.
