Cant uncheck the promo loader

i cant uncheck the promo loader or choose the html block.

Is it possible to change it on other ways?

Ya I had the same problem.  Let me guess, you went and made an html block but decided not to use it and now you can't unselect it and select the promo block correct?

Nope He can't uncheck the promo to use the html block. He ask if there is a another way to it.
