Certified mods - where ?

I see a lot of mods which are Not Certified, where can you find the mods which are certified

in order to get a mod certified the author has to pay for the mod to be reviewed. if the mod fails then its sent back to the developer, and the process of reviewing the mod is solely dependant on who is available to inspect the mod.

I do not think may have been submitted. i think mrp has submitted a mod for review, and dont know the status of that mod at this time.
