Change Feedback Settings

I am curious if there is a way to allow anonymous voting on a Dolphin site, instead of users being notfied or who has voted on a a user's items.  Any help would be appreciated.

It is possible, quite easy. Goto your admin panel, goto Settings -> Membership Levels then at the bottom select 'Non-member' and scroll to bottom of actions to find 'vote'. Select 'vote' and enable.
