Change Join Now to Join for Free

I can't find the file to change the Join Now to Join for Free link for the entire site. This shoud be easy, but I cannot find it. Thanks!

In your admin panel, go to Settings -> Languages Settings.

In there do a search for join now

You should get 2 results.

Edit each and change to Join for Free.
